Nothing here connects to anything else directly.

Products bind to four shared layers — identity, inventory, trust, liquidity — and a fifth that falls out of the others: intelligence. Two products are related because one writes something the other reads. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why shipping one product makes the rest better instead of merely making the list longer.

Why the whole is worth more than the parts

A portfolio is easy. A portfolio where each product measurably improves the others is not, and it is not something you can assemble by acquisition — it has to be built into the substrate from the beginning, which is the part nobody can shortcut.

None of this is a feature we could add later. It is a consequence of every product binding to the same four layers instead of keeping its own copy — a decision that is cheap at the start and effectively impossible to retrofit.
