Accessibility
What we have checked, and what we have not.
PackFresh, LLC builds PackFresh and the products described on this site. This page covers all of them. It is written to be useful to somebody who is stuck rather than to satisfy a procurement checklist. Last updated 10 September 2026.
The short version
No audit has been done, so no conformance is claimed
There has been no third-party accessibility audit of any PackFresh property, no VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report, and no recorded testing with screen readers or other assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and we do not claim to meet it, because nobody has checked all of it.
Our own design system documentation puts it plainly: it verifies three success criteria out of roughly fifty, and says “do not describe a surface as ‘AA compliant’ on the strength of this.” A page that claimed conformance on the strength of a color checker would be making a claim you could disprove in a minute.
Checked
Things a test or a tool actually enforces
- Color contrast, for sanctioned pairsEvery color combination the design system declares is checked against the 4.5:1 and 3:1 thresholds, and a new failure breaks the build rather than being reported. Combinations the system does not declare are not covered, and real pages contain some.
- Target size, in shared page furnitureLinks and controls in the footer and the site chrome clear 24 by 24 CSS pixels, which is the Level AA requirement (SC 2.5.8). Touch-first surfaces clear 44 by 44, which is the Level AAA figure (SC 2.5.5). This page briefly claimed 44 was the AA floor: it is not, and the mistake is recorded here rather than quietly corrected, because a page about precision that misquotes a success criterion has already failed at its job. Product interfaces above the footer are not yet held to either everywhere.
- Names that describe where a link goesSocial links, the PackFresh signature and cross-product links carry accessible names that identify the destination rather than relying on an icon or on the word “more”. Tests assert the wording, not just that an element exists.
- Landmarks and visible focusFooter regions are navigation landmarks with distinct names, and interactive elements show a focus indicator that differs from their hover state.
- No motion in our own promotional surfacesCross-product recommendations do not animate, rotate or autoplay, so there is nothing to suppress under a reduced-motion preference.
Not checked
Where we would expect to find problems
- Assistive technologyNo screen reader, magnifier or voice control testing has been recorded. Automated checks cannot stand in for it; most of what they miss is exactly the part a person using one would notice first.
- Product interfacesThe checks above cover shared page furniture. Deck builders, tournament consoles, inventory tables and pack-opening surfaces are complex, keyboard-heavy, and not individually audited.
- Third-party contentCard images, set symbols and game text come from publishers and are reproduced as supplied. Where an image carries information we try to describe it; we do not control the source material.
- Documents and emailPrinted pairings slips, exports and the mail we send have not been assessed.
Telling us
If something is in your way, write to us
Email [email protected]. A one-line description of what you were trying to do is enough. It helps if you can say which page, and what you were using to read it, but neither is required and a report without them is still worth sending.
We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to tell you what we intend to do, including when the answer is that we are not going to fix it soon. If you would rather not email, any address on the contact page reaches us and will be passed on.
We will not treat a report as a complaint to be managed. A barrier you hit is a defect we shipped, and a person taking the time to describe one is doing us a favour.
Scope
What this covers
This statement applies to packfresh.company and to every PackFresh product, including those that keep their own name. Some of those products are not open to the public yet; this page will be more specific as they launch and as each is checked.
It has not been reviewed by counsel, and it deliberately makes no claim about a regulatory regime we have not been assessed against.
